Cranberry White Chocolate Christmas Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar, packed
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 3/4 cups (345g) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups (150g) dried cranberries
• 1 1/2 cups (260g) white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Cream the Butter and Sugars:
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
3. Add Eggs and Vanilla:
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
4. Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
5. Mix in Add-Ins:
Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
6. Form the Cookies:
Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
7. Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers are still soft.
8. Cool:
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
